Born in Versailles, Wilfried Romain grew up in Moselle where he discovered his passion for cooking. Overcome by wanderlust, Wilfried succumbs to his longing and decides to discover the world. He tours around Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Indonesia. After a brief return to France, he takes to the air, landing in South America; Argentina, Bolivia, Peru and Columbia.
This South American circuit is rich in encounters, both human and culinary.
The chef is now settled in France where he reunites his two passions. Whilst yesterday he was busy competing in the 13th season of Top Chef, today Wilfried wishes to broaden his horizons once more and share his well travelled culinary universe in a more private setting.
