Coming from a family of chefs, his passion was ignited at a very young age.

With 13 years of experience, including 6 years at the Four Seasons Hotel George V (3 Michelin stars) and 2 years at the Fort de l'Océan (1 Michelin star and Relais & Châteaux) in Le Croisic, Joris has honed his expertise in several renowned restaurants.

Today, he aims to apply his knowledge to serve both individuals and professionals. His offerings focus on returning to the roots, using raw and seasonal products, and providing a personalized experience, right in his clients' homes.
