Cookoon's culinary brigade welcomes a new sensation in the form of Michelin-starred chef Chiho Kanzaki.

This collaboration promises to be a true feast for connoisseurs of refined French cuisine, as Chef Kanzaki offers astonishing flavor combinations, always with a desire to infuse a touch of poetry and delicacy into her presentations.
 
Born in Fujisawa, Chiho arrived in France at the age of twenty.
She embarked on a journey of culinary apprenticeship in some of the most prestigious French establishments like Lucas Carton*** in Paris alongside Alain Senderens. Her pursuit of mastery subsequently led her to Manresa** in San Francisco, followed by a return to France where she joined the Mirazur**, under the guidance of Mauro Colagreco.
 
In April 2016, Chiho Kanzaki and Marcelo Di Giacomo joined forces to open the restaurant "Virtus". Virtus was awarded in 2019 a Michelin star, placing Chiho Kanzaki within the exclusive circle of women Michelin-starred chefs.
