Cookoon's culinary brigade welcomes a new sensation in the form of Michelin-starred chef Chiho Kanzaki.

This collaboration promises to be a true feast for lovers of refined French cuisine, as the chef offers surprising flavor combinations, always with the desire to bring a touch of poetry and softness to her presentations.

Born in Japan, Chiho moved to France at the age of twenty. She then honed her skills in some of the most prestigious French kitchens, notably at the renowned Lucas Carton*** in Paris alongside Alain Senderens. Her pursuit of perfection would later take her to Manresa** in San Francisco, before returning to France to join the kitchens of Mirazur**, under the guidance of Mauro Colagreco.

In April 2016, Chiho Kanzaki and Marcelo Di Giacomo combined their talents to open the restaurant Virtus. In 2019, their restaurant was awarded a Michelin star, which placed Chiho Kanzaki among the very exclusive circle of Michelin-starred female chefs.
