"Baptiste Renouard is a chef who lives at thousand miles an hour"

Under the age of thirty, he had already achieved a lot.

 

After TopChef in 2019, Michelin starred in 2021 with his own restaurant “Ochre”, Baptiste continues to increase projects in a frantic way and is always looking to improve his skills.

The chef also decided last year to put himself into the Cookoon Club, in the firm belief that this new value proposition will appeal and find its place in the gastronomy. 

In less than a year, the chef accomplished personally about forty Cookoon dinners. So many opportunities for the guests to live a high-flying gastronomic experience and for Baptiste to share his passion for the profession, all with humour and lightness.

Also very keen on wine and food pairings, the chef does not hesitate to innovate with sommeliers to create new, delicious and inspiring flavours.One of his signature dishes? Turnip tatin!
